What should I bring to my first Pilates class?
Please bring a water bottle, a towel, and wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes. Grip socks are also recommended for better stability on the reformer.

Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our open/general level Reformer Pilates classes are perfect for beginners. Our instructors will provide modifications to ensure you feel comfortable and supported.

Can I attend classes if I’m pregnant?
