Reuben – Turning Setbacks Into Comebacks with Clear, Active Rehab

Reuben is a Curtin-trained Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with advanced postgraduate qualifications and a passion for helping people move with confidence.

He is also currently training with the Australian College of Physiotherapists to become a Specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. This program represents the highest level of clinical training in Australia, and is aimed at helping people with complex or long-standing pain.

He has a keen interest in knee injuries (such as patellofemoral pain, ACL injuries, and knee osteoarthritis), whiplash and neck pain, and persisting lower back problems. With a background in strength and conditioning, Reuben designs rehab plans that don’t just get you back—but help you return stronger than before.

He strongly believes that while hands-on treatment can play an important role in recovery, meaningful change can also come from helping people understand why they are in pain and what they can do to confidently manage it themselves.

Reuben is also currently involved in research on young adults with chronic pain, which continues to shape the way he empowers clients dealing with lower back, neck, or orthopaedic issues.

Known for his practical and clear approach, Reuben ensures every client leaves their first session with a clear plan forward.

Outside of work, he enjoys cricket, tennis, cycling, and gym—making him the perfect fit for clients who want to stay active for life.

Why Book with Reuben?

  • Master's-qualified Musculoskeletal Physio

  • Special interest in knees and chronic pain

  • Strength & conditioning background

  • Clear, practical rehab plans from day one

  • Passionate about helping you stay active long term

Louisa Keil
Physiotherapist

Louisa is a postgraduate-qualified musculoskeletal physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people understand their pain, regain confidence in their bodies, and return to the activities that matter to them.

She enjoys treating a wide range of presentations including low back pain and nerve-related symptoms, osteoarthritis, shoulder and hip pain, foot and ankle conditions, shin splints, tendon injuries, and running-related concerns.

Louisa takes a structured and thorough approach to assessment, aiming to identify the underlying factors contributing to each presentation rather than focusing solely on symptoms. Her clinical reasoning considers movement patterns, training load, lifestyle factors, previous injuries, and nervous system sensitivity to guide a clear and personalised management plan.

Her treatment approach combines education, hands-on therapy, and active rehabilitation. Louisa works collaboratively with each client to build practical, individualised programs that support long-term progress — whether the goal is returning to sport, staying active, managing persistent pain, or improving everyday function.

Louisa chose physiotherapy to combine her interests in movement, health, psychology, and wellbeing, and finds great fulfilment in supporting people to take control of their health and build sustainable habits.

Outside the clinic, Louisa enjoys staying active through swimming, running, cycling, surfing, and gym training.
