Introduction

For over thirteen years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many incredible women, including mums, grandmothers, professionals, and caregivers. They all have different stories, but one common goal: to feel stronger, more in control of their bodies, and more confident in how they move.

For many of them (and maybe you, too), the gym doesn’t always feel like the right place to start. You might be recovering from surgery, adjusting to postpartum changes, navigating menopause, or simply living with discomfort you’ve been told to just “put up with.”

That’s why I love Clinical Pilates.

Clinical Pilates gives women a space to reconnect with their bodies, gently and safely. Every program I deliver starts with a one-on-one physiotherapy assessment, so I can truly understand where you're at, what you’ve been through, and what you need.

Together, we create a plan that’s realistic and sustainable. Whether you’re building strength after pregnancy or easing long-standing pain, I’m right there guiding you through every movement with purpose and care.

 

A story that stays with me

One of the women I worked with came to see me after multiple spinal fractures.

At her first appointment, she couldn’t even bend down to tie her shoes, and the fear of doing more damage had really knocked her confidence.

We started slowly. We built trust in both the process and in her body.

Today, she’s strong, independent, and pain-free. Watching her reclaim her strength and her life has been one of the most rewarding parts of my work. And honestly, stories like hers are why I do what I do.

 

What can you expect from me?

If you’ve never done Pilates before, that’s okay. Many of the women I support are new to this, too. You don’t need to be flexible or fit. You just need to be ready to start, at your own pace, with someone in your corner.
